Manifesting is not some 'woo-woo' word or esoteric concept. We are ALL manifesting or creating what we say, do and believe, every day. But in order to manifest more of what you want, you have to do things more, mindfully. To be present in mind, body and soul. Living more in each and every moment.

I was a manifester before I even knew of the word, manifester. I grew up low middle class, a child of five to parents who grew up even lower middle class. They did the best they could and we never went without, but from age 10-18, I lived in a trailer in West Virginia. One of the poorest states in the USA. I was surrounded by poverty and lack; however, I was always a dreamer and my mom said I could be anything I wanted to be. My ultimate dream was to live in New York City and work in fashion. I was obsessed with styling clothes. As tween, all I wanted to do was marry Justin Timberlake from NSYNC.
Well, I manifested a full ride academic scholarship to college. I studied fashion and did a semester abroad in Milan, Italy. I later interned and worked in New York City’s fashion industry. Then went on to live in NYC with my best friend (had the time of my life) and dated Justin Timberlake’s doppelgänger (no lie).
Somewhere in between I fell in love with traveling and wanted to see as much of the world as I could. I manifested trips to see 30 countries in one decade. My favourite place was always Australia, and after my first visit in 2007 I told everyone that I would someday live there. In November 2020, I passed my Australian citizenship test. How I met my husband is my favourite manifesting story but you can read about that in my best-selling memoir, Trust the Flames: My Wild Ride from Mindlessness to Mindfulness.
